In respect to my schedule and my client's time, I require a minimum notice of 48 hours to cancel an appointment.

No shows or bookings cancelled outside the cancellation window will result in a fee of $25 for haircut services and 50% of the service total for color services.

This fee will be sent via a Square invoice upon cancellation. No future appointments will be booked until the invoice has been paid.

I respect your time and ask that you please respect mine. I do understand that emergencies happen and life does come up. I will always take that into consideration and thank you for supporting my business.
